Hello
I’ve been practicing law for thirty-two years, since 1986, and became a title agent in 2004, so that I can provide a full service to all of my clients. Over the past fourteen years, I’ve tried to assist my clients to the best of my ability. One of the best parts of my line of work is meeting new people all the time. I have thoroughly enjoyed walking my clients through their transactions until they reach a satisfactory outcome. My personality is what has endeared me to my clients. I see this as my USP, and I have frequently become friends with my clients.
Having been in the industry for numerous years, an observation I have made is that the real estate business follows the up and down cycles in the real estate market. Each cycle (up and down) typically lasts for around ten years, which means that we are in for the next real estate recession in the near future.
As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I also run my businesses with the highest ethical and moral standards. When I am not at work, I enjoy playing golf, skiing and hitting the gym. I am also a member of my local civic association’s zoning committee. While the best part of owning my own business is the freedom I have, the worst part is that I can rarely take a vacation.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise in real estate law, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.marshawolfesquire.com.

Marsha
